I had a wonderful experience at Resort Plaza in Park City. The location is incredible, just steps away from the ski lifts, which made our ski adventure so much easier. While the condo was clean and well-equipped, the mattress could use an upgrade for more comfort. Overall, it was a great value for what we received, though the noise from nearby music venues may be an issue for some.

Our stay at Park Plaza was mostly wonderful, with a great condo setup that was clean and spacious. However, the noise from the live music next door can be quite disruptive at times. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, which made our experience enjoyable. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for families who love skiing, though be prepared for potential noise disturbances.

My stay at the condo was a bit of a mixed bag. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the ski lift, making it very convenient for hitting the slopes. However, the check-in process was frustrating due to poor directions, and there were several issues with the unit, like malfunctioning appliances and outdated bathrooms. Despite these inconveniences, the condo was clean and comfortable enough for a ski trip, but I’m not sure I’d choose it again given the overall experience.
Rooms
6.0
The condo had basic decor, and while it was clean, the furniture felt cheap and there were issues like a non-working fireplace and slow hot water. The kitchen was nice and had a washer and dryer, which was useful.
Service
5.0
The service could definitely use some improvement. The check-in process was confusing and the initial contact was not helpful at all.
Location

The location was superb, just a few steps away from the ski lifts and the shops. This was definitely the highlight of our stay.

While the condo was clean and had some basic facilities, there were noticeable absences like kitchen towels and an unreliable internet connection. It felt lacking given the price we paid.

The Resort Plaza is conveniently located in the heart of Park City, just a short walk from the ski lifts. My family stayed in a spacious, clean condo that was well-equipped for our needs. However, we faced some significant issues with noise from the neighboring establishment, and the hot water situation in our unit was less than ideal. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially thanks to the central location.
Rooms

Our condo was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a comfortable setup for the family. However, an improvement in mattress quality would be beneficial.

The service could use some enhancement, especially regarding the concierge assistance. While they were friendly, we found them lacking in helpful information.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Resort Plaza condominiums. The location is incredibly convenient, just steps from the ski lift, and the condo itself was spacious and clean. However, the poor internet service and trash disposal setup were major drawbacks. The maid service also left much to be desired, which made our longer stay less enjoyable than expected.
